1. What are the operating hours of ARTE MUSEUM YEOSU?
ARTE MUSEUM YEOSU is open all year-round from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The last admission is at 5:00 PM.
2. Where is ARTE MUSEUM YEOSU located?
ARTE MUSEUM YEOSU is situated on the 3rd floor of Block A in the Yeosu Expo International Pavilion at 1 Bangnamhoe-gil, Yeosu-si, Jeollanam-do (Land-lot Address: 2005 Deokchung-dong, Yeosu-si, Jeollanam-do).
If you're on foot, you can walk through the Expo Digital Gallery located across from Yeosu Expo Station and take the elevator up to the 3rd floor.
3. How can I use the parking lot?
After entering the Yeosu Expo Parking Lot, turn right towards the Block A parking area where an underground parking lot is available. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor from there.
Parking costs KRW 400 per 10 minutes, with maximum daily fee of KRW 13,000.
4. Is there an admission fee for children?
Children born between 2019 and 2021 are eligible for a discounted admission fee of KRW 10,000, but children born after 2022 can enter for free.
To receive the discount, please bring proof of your child's birthdate, such as a Family Relation Certificate.

5. Do I need to make a reservation?
No, reservations are not required to visit ARTE MUSEUM YEOSU. You can purchase tickets on-site and enter immediately.
Tickets purchased online, including through platforms like NAVER, are priced the same as those bought on-site.
6. How long does it take to tour ARTE MUSEUM YEOSU?
A quick tour takes about an hour; if you want to take your time and enjoy taking photos, however, it typically takes around two hours.
7. What amenities are available?
We offer rental wheelchairs and strollers, as well as lockers for storing your belongings.
8. Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not allowed in ARTE MUSEUM YEOSU.
