1. What are the operating hours during the special exhibition period?

• Operating hours during the special exhibition period are 10:00–20:00. 
• Last entry is at 19:00. To ensure a comfortable experience, please arrive before the last entry time. Entry may not be permitted after 19:00.

2. Can I still view the regular ARTE MUSEUM exhibition during the special exhibition period (June 5 – July 3)?

• During the special exhibition period (June 5 – July 3), the BTS THE CITY ARIRANG artworks will be the main highlight. You can also enjoy ARTE MUSEUM's signature artworks alongside the special exhibition, making it a comfortable experience for everyone.
• Tickets can be booked through NAVER or KKday. Even if online tickets are sold out, on-site purchases are available; however, wait times may occur if there are many visitors.

3. Is there a waiting time for entry?

• Entry wait times may vary depending on the date and on-site conditions. 

• During the BTS concert period and on weekends and public holidays, visitor crowds are expected to be high, which may result in longer wait times.
  We recommend arriving with plenty of time to spare.

4. Is there luggage storage available?

• Small bags can be stored in the complimentary lockers available in the lobby. 
• Please note that during the special exhibition period, the venue is expected to be very crowded, which may limit the availability of space for large luggage such as suitcases. 
• Even if large luggage storage is available on the day, continuous monitoring is not guaranteed, and we cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft. We appreciate your understanding.

5. Are there any precautions to be aware of before entering the exhibition?

• There are no restrooms inside the exhibition hall, so please use the facilities before entering.

• No food or drinks are allowed inside, including water, beverages, gum, and candy.

• The interior is dark and features many mirrored surfaces; please take care when moving around.

• If you are sensitive to bright lights or loud sounds, you may find the experience uncomfortable.

6. Is photography and video recording allowed?

• Yes, photography and video recording are permitted. 

  Feel free to capture your special moments at the exhibition.

7. Can I re-enter on the same day with my ticket?

• No. Re-entry is not permitted after exiting the venue. 
  Please make sure you have completed your visit before leaving.

1. Where can I book tickets for the special exhibition?

• Tickets for the special exhibition can be booked through NAVER and KKday. 
• Even if online tickets are sold out, on-site purchases are available; however, wait times may occur during peak visitor periods.

2. What is the difference between online advance booking and on-site purchase?

• Guests with online advance bookings will be given priority entry based on the venue's capacity management. 
• On-site purchasers will be admitted sequentially after advance booking guests have entered, within the remaining capacity. Please note that wait times may occur depending on on-site conditions.

3. Can I enter the special exhibition with the Visit Busan Pass?

• Yes. Admission with the Visit Busan Pass is available starting June 15. Please check the operating schedule before your visit.

4. When can I purchase tickets for dates after the special exhibition ends?

• General admission tickets for the permanent exhibition (available after the special exhibition ends) can be purchased from June 16 through platforms such as Trip.com and Klook (excluding KKday). Tickets on KKday will be available for purchase starting July 4, after the special exhibition has ended.

  
  

5. I already purchased a regular ticket for a date outside the special exhibition period. Can I use it to enter the special exhibition?

• No. Regular tickets cannot be used for the BTS THE CITY ARIRANG special exhibition. 

  The special exhibition requires a dedicated ticket with a specific visit date. Special exhibition tickets are valid only on the selected date within the exhibition period of June 5 to July 3, 2026. 

  Please purchase a special exhibition ticket through NAVER or KKday.

6. I purchased a ticket but there is no designated entry time. When should I visit?

• Please visit on your booked date during operating hours. 

  Operating hours are 10:00–20:00, with last entry at 19:00. 

  Please note that wait times may occur if visitor numbers are high during certain periods, so we recommend arriving with extra time.

7. How many tickets can I purchase per account for online advance booking?

• Up to 2 tickets per account can be purchased through online advance booking.

8. I booked tickets online, but some in my group are eligible for a discount (e.g., infants). What should I do?

• Discounts are only applicable for on-site purchases. 

  If you do not require a discount, you may proceed with your online booking as usual. If you wish to apply a discount, please purchase tickets at the on-site ticket counter. 

  Please be aware that on-site purchases may result in waiting times depending on conditions on the day.

9. Will additional tickets be released if online tickets are sold out?

• At this time, whether additional tickets will be released and the schedule for any additional release have not been determined.
• Tickets may become available due to cancellations or additional inventory becoming available. We recommend checking NAVER and KKday regularly for the latest ticket availability.

10. Can I use the special exhibition ticket to view other exhibitions or areas at ARTE MUSEUM BUSAN?

• Yes. During the special exhibition period (June 5 – July 3), ARTE MUSEUM BUSAN will be fully configured as the BTS THE CITY ARIRANG special exhibition. 

  Your special exhibition ticket grants access to the entire ARTE MUSEUM BUSAN exhibition space.

1. I wasn't able to book online. Can I still buy a ticket on the day at the venue?

• Yes, tickets are available for purchase at the on-site ticket counter on the day. 
• On-site sales are available from 10:00 to 19:00. Please be aware that wait times may occur if there are many visitors.

2. Even if on-site purchase is available, is it possible that I may not be able to enter on the same day due to high crowds?

• Yes. If there are a large number of on-site visitors, entry wait times may occur, and same-day entry may not be possible. 

  We strongly recommend booking in advance, and please check remaining ticket availability through NAVER or KKday before your visit.

1. I accidentally booked a ticket for a date outside the special exhibition period. Do I need to get a refund and purchase a new ticket? What is the process?

• Yes. If you wish to attend the BTS THE CITY ARIRANG special exhibition, you will need to refund your existing ticket and purchase a new special exhibition ticket. 
• A full 100% refund is available for unused tickets. Please apply for the refund directly through the platform where you made your booking.

2. Can I change the date or time of my booked ticket?

• As the special exhibition ticket does not have a designated time slot, no time change is necessary. 
• If you selected the wrong visit date, please cancel or refund your existing ticket and rebook for your preferred date.

1. Can I purchase special exhibition merchandise (MD/goods) online?

• No. BTS THE CITY ARIRANG special exhibition merchandise is only available for purchase on-site.

1. What are the operating hours of ARTE MUSEUM BUSAN?

ARTE MUSEUM BUSAN is open all year-round from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The last admission is at 7:00 PM.

2. Where is ARTE MUSEUM BUSAN located?

ARTE MUSEUM BUSAN is located at 29 Haeyang-ro 247beon-gil, Yeongdo-gu, Busan.

3. When is the best time to visit?

The exhibition tends to be crowded between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. For a more comfortable experience, consider visiting in the morning or after 6:00 PM.

4. Who are eligible for discounted rates?

Discounted rates are available for children, seniors, people with disabilities, veterans, and military personnel. Please refer to the pricing chart for more details.

All discounts require proof of eligibility or an ID card, which will be checked on-site.

Discounts are applied to the eligible individual only and cannot be extended to accompanying guests.

No multiple discounts are available.

5. Do I need to make a reservation?

You can purchase tickets on-site.

6. How long does it take to tour ARTE MUSEUM BUSAN?

If you want to take your time, expect to spend about 90 minutes.

7. Can I bring my pet?
